- Prepare Your Case Images
- Gather Media: Collect high-quality case images. Ensure they are well-lit, in focus, and appropriately sized for web display (no larger than 1000px in width and 1000px in height).
- Image Optimization:
- Resize Images: Ensure case images are appropriately sized for category use. You can compare with other cases in the category you’re adding to.
- Compress Images: Reduce file sizes without sacrificing quality to improve page load speed. We recommend using ImageOptim.
- Add Cases to the RM Gallery
- Navigate to RM Gallery: In the left-hand menu, click on “RM Gallery” > “Cases” then “Add New Case.”
- Leave Title Field Blank: This will automatically populate as “Case-1234” once you publish.
- Add “View Name” To Your First Image Set: Traditionally the first image set is named “front” and can be verified by viewing other published cases.
- Select Before Image File: Click the “Choose File” button beneath the “Before Image” column and from the popup choose the first (front) view before image from your computer and click “Open.”
- Select After Image File: Click the “Choose File” button beneath the “After Image” column and from the popup choose the first (front) view after image from your computer and click “Open.”
- Add New Image Set: If you have additional image sets to add you can click the “Add New Image Set” button and repeat the above 3 steps for each set.
- Additional image sets should be named based on their view angle or simply numbered.

- To move an image set click and drag on the three horizontal lines on the left.
- Add Case Details: In the ‘Editor’ add case details and description. Refer to other cases for specifics.
