Keith C. Humes, CEO
Since 1998, Rosemont Media CEO Keith Humes has been at the forefront of website development, search engine optimization, and marketing strategies for professionals in Plastic Surgery, Dentistry, and an array of healthcare fields. After founding our company in 2007, Keith has quickly managed to make Rosemont Media one of the leaders in the marketplace, helping our clients significantly increase their profiles with innovative and effective SEO strategies, social media optimization, user-friendly website content and design, and mobile development.
Keith continues to push the cutting-edge of search engine and social media marketing, and lectures nationally at leading industry events, such as the Aesthetic Meeting hosted by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Plastic Surgery The Meeting sponsored by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Keith is an avid fisherman and master-griller. Next to fishing, Keith’s favorite San Diego activities include Chargers football, surfing, and spending time with family & friends.
Michael P. Lubisich, CFO
With more than 20 years of experience in administrating the day-to-day operations of a management company in the thoroughbred racehorse industry, Mike Lubisich brings to Rosemont Media a wealth of knowledge and experience in accounting and systems management. He has been merging technology into the workplace since the advent of business PC’s, and has been at the forefront of systems integration throughout his professional life. Mike has extensive experience in database design and systems analysis, and has utilized these skills in helping to build the RM infrastructure. Mike provides Rosemont Media the detail-oriented consistency that is vital to keeping pace with the dynamic nature of the web.
A self-taught carpenter and woodworker, Mike spends his free time building cabinetry and furniture in his home workshop. He also enjoys getting outdoors to exercise as much as possible. Snow and water skiing are two of his favorite physical activities and recently he has developed interests in gardening and landscaping.
Courtney Humes, Product Manager
A co-founder of Rosemont Media, Courtney’s role is that of our Product Manager. A demanding position, she works as an inter-department liaison between our consultants and production team to ensure consistency and quality in Rosemont’s diverse product offerings. Courtney brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a keen perspective to this position, having been involved with elective healthcare marketing strategies since 2002.
Courtney’s dedication to customer service and commitment to high-quality work stand out among her strengths and fuel her drive for a client-first approach. She despises short-cuts and believes in doing things the right way to maintain the integrity of Rosemont Media’s brand. Courtney carefully monitors the latest internet technology as it relates to our clients, and embraces only those products that provide valuable benefits to their online performance.
When she’s not at her RM traffic control station, you can find Courtney reveling in the Southern California sun on one of the local beaches, cheering on her LA Lakers or SD Chargers, or embracing her inner Martha Stewart to host gatherings for family and friends.
Seth McKinney, Creative Director
A graduate from the University of Iowa, Seth began his career designing for a midwestern newspaper but the warm weather brought him to San Diego. With over 10 years experience in art direction & design, he’s held positions at several software and marketing companies in Southern California. His real calling is pushing the creative envelope for the medical industry. From branding to messaging supported by countless hours in Photoshop, his concepts have taken many of the nation’s top aesthetic healthcare practices to new heights. He sticks by a firm belief that great design speaks to you in more ways than just aesthetics: it’s about message, feeling, and emotion. He tries to bring this philosophy to every new Rosemont Media challenge.
When Seth’s not at the office, he enjoys spending time with wife and his son: drawing, building with legos, and assuming the identity of anyone from Buzz Lightyear to Venom, aka “Spooky Spiderman.” He enjoys traveling, riding his motorcycle, snowboarding, skateboarding, and Charger football.
Brian Lyle, Director of Medical Consulting
Brian has been working in the Internet marketing arena for over 7 years, and is the Director of Medical Consulting. His straight-to-the-point explanations and no nonsense attitude allow him to effectively grow his clients’ Internet presence. Brian received his Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of California, San Diego, which allows him to appreciate the science behind the art of aesthetic healthcare.
During his free time he enjoys riding his Harley, snowboarding, wakeboarding, racquet ball, and fishing. He holds an active 12 year contract with the California Department of Fish and Game for a squid larvae study that helps determine the state of Market Squid populations in California state coastal waters.
Chris Brown, Director of Dental Consulting
As our Director of Dental Consulting, Chris oversees the online marketing efforts and website management of our dental clientele. He is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing effective online marketing and social media strategies for dental practices throughout the US and abroad. He offers dental practices a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of Search Engine Optimization, social media optimization, Video SEO, and website tracking and conversion evaluation. Chris enjoys having a close relationship with his clients and a personal understanding of their dental practice.
Chris is a native Southern Californian and loves surfing with his son McCoy, playing soccer with his son Winden, having tea parties with his daughter Soleil, and the occasional dinner date with his wife Malina. He also enjoys playing soccer on Sundays.
