ASPS Plastic Surgery Meeting in New Orleans

Keith Humes is Rosemont Media CEO and search marketing veteran of more than 14 years. He is heading to New Orleans for The Plastic Surgery Meeting hosted by ASPS.

San Diego, CA — The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) will host its annual meeting October 26-30, 2012 in New Orleans. Rosemont Media CEO Keith Humes is bringing his knowledge of medical website design, search engine marketing and social media to several presentations during the meeting.

Humes’ first presentation will be Saturday, October 27th from 10:15 -11:15 a.m. at the joint Annual Education Seminar hosted by the Association of Plastic Surgery Assistants (APSA) and Plastic Surgery Administrative Associates (PSAA). Titled “The Importance of Maintaining and Updating the Practice Website,” Humes will be discussing the relationship between website content and plastic surgery SEO. “Aesthetic practices are supported by a variety of staff, and support staff are increasingly responsible for maintaining their online presence. I will be giving advice and information to attendees about the best way to position the aesthetic website.”

Next, Humes will be speaking to the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses (ASPSN) Round Table Discussion & Lunch from 11:30-12:30 p.m. also on Saturday, October 27th. Speaking about “Social Media & The Aesthetic Practice,” Humes will have interactive discussions with small groups for the duration of the event and is looking forward to having conversations with participants. “Aesthetic practices have an interesting and sometimes challenging relationship with social media. I’m looking forward to answering questions and helping practices with their social media strategies.”

From 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 27th, Humes will be part of a panel presentation, “Internet Marketing: Getting the Most out of Your Website.” Topics will include how to increase effective website design, maximizing social media marketing efforts, soliciting online reviews, and how to assess website needs. “I highly recommend attendees join this discussion, due to the comprehensive topic. We will be covering many elements of effective websites which participants can implement in their own sites.”
