San Diego Plastic Surgery Practice Announces Release of New Website

Dr. Scott Miller, a plastic surgeon in San Diego, released a newly redesigned website for his cosmetic surgery practice. Offering services in breast augmentation, tummy tuck, and other aesthetic enhancements, Dr. Miller says the new site provides him a unique opportunity to expand his commitment to patient care into the online community and continue to educate his patients about the latest, safest, and most effective procedures available in the field.

At his San Diego plastic surgery practice, Dr. Miller announced the launch of a new website devoted to providing patients with the most up-to-date information on a wide range of cosmetic enhancements from breast augmentation to BOTOX® Cosmetic. Dr. Miller says he hopes the new site will serve as a resource for patients looking to get a better understanding about plastic surgery, the decisions that go into a procedure, how each procedure is performed, and the skills and training required to achieve a safe, successful outcome. He also says he is excited about the launch of the website because it gives him a chance to reach out to his patients through social media, extending the depth of his patient care to the vast opportunities available in the online world.

The new site features a redesigned look with a functional and easy-to-use structure, linking pages of in-depth content with an interactive drop-down tab. Each page contains extensive information about the procedures available at Dr. Miller’s practice, from pre-operative consultation and preparation to recovery and expectations. He also says the integration of videos and a portfolio of results photos offers patients a visual narration of what they can expect from their plastic surgery experience at his office, whether they are looking for a facelift or breast augmentation in San Diego. Dr. Miller says he hopes patients use the site to further their education about cosmetic enhancements so they can make an informed decision that will ultimately lead to greater confidence and a more aesthetic appearance.

Dr. Miller partnered with San Diego-based medical website design firm Rosemont Media for the design, creation, and development of the site as a way to intentionally target his audience and connect them with the information they need. He adds that he hopes the new website will encourage his patients to research all plastic surgery enhancements extensively before undergoing treatment to ensure they receive the highest level of safety and expertise in their procedure.

About Scott R. Miller, MD, FACS

Dr. Scott Miller earned his medical degree and completed an internship and residency in surgery at the University of California, Irvine, after which he trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery during a residency at the University of California, San Diego. He has also completed a Bruce Connell Aesthetic Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship, and is an attending surgeon at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla and a Voluntary Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at UCSD. Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Miller is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Medical Association. He is active in the Interface International Surgery Program for children with disfiguring birth defects and has been selected as one of the Best Doctors in America, as well as the Best of La Jolla Award and the J. Gordon Hatfield Award for Excellence in Surgery.
