Free Cosmetic Dentistry Social Media Webinar with AACD and Rosemont Media
Rosemont Media Senior Marketing Consultant and resident social media expert Sarah Dawber will deliver a free webinar focused on optimizing dental marketing efforts and building a successful social media community. The webinar is scheduled for September 16, 2011, and will take place from 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm CST. Dawber says dentists can expect to learn Facebook basics and best practices, and adds that she will offer some of the latest tips for cultivating an active online patient community.
Sarah Dawber is a Senior Marketing Consultant and co-founder at Rosemont Media. On September 16, 2011, she will moderate a free social media webinar as part of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Webinar Series. Dawber says the webinar will begin at 12:00 noon CST, and will focus on developing a successful social network to further enhance current dental and social media marketing efforts.
“Social Media Check Up Webinar Series: Facebook Basics” will focus on three specific objectives, according to Dawber. First, participants will be given a comprehensive overview of Facebook best practices. Next, Dawber will offer tips designed to help cosmetic dentistry practices create a business profile page, as well as ways to inspire patient interaction on social media communities. And finally, Dawber says she will finish with a number of ways to cultivate Facebook “likes” and new patients with an improved online marketing strategy. “Social media is the modern day word-of-mouth. Aesthetic healthcare practitioners must embrace social media to connect with patients in real-time and reap the potential benefits.”
Dawber adds that custom dental website design and a detailed social media strategy are important to the continued online success of the cosmetic dentistry practice. However, she also says a strong online community is equally beneficial for patients as well. “Social media allows the practice to paint a more complete portrait of the positive experiences they create. It offers an inside look at what makes a practice unique, which resonates with patients as they search for a practice that values personal relationships, and respects patient safety and comfort.”
