More Patients Turning to Mobile Devices
In the same report, comScore finds that the mobile audience grew 19% from 92 million in September 2010, to more than 118 million in September 2011.
According to a report from eMarketer appearing on Techcrunch, those users spend as much on the mobile web as they do reading newspapers and magazines combined.
The bottom line is that the mobile user is out there searching for your services. Do you have a strategy to help you reach them and take advantage of their active engagement and increased motivation?
Tablet Usage and Purchasing Power Soars
While the report does not make a distinction between smartphone traffic and tablets, those users accessing the mobile web from their tablets are continuing to play a more significant role as mobile traffic from tablets increases and more than half of tablet users make purchases.
