Don’t Miss RM CEO Keith Humes Speak at ASAPS 2016
Rosemont Media is pleased to announce that our CEO, Keith Humes, will be presenting a CME marketing course, leading a “Practice Changers” talk, and participating in an expert panel discussion at The Aesthetic Meeting 2016! Hosted by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), this year’s conference is set to take place at Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino from Saturday, April 2nd – Thursday, April 7th.
In a time when anyone and everyone can voice their opinions on the Internet, effectively managing one’s online reputation is critical for plastic surgeons. And it doesn’t stop with patient reviews – you’re not even the only one vying for attention under your own name! Titled, “Taking Control of Your Online Reputation” (course #210)*, Keith’s first lecture is an in-depth look at taking matters into your own hands when it comes to how your practice is perceived as well as what patients find when searching for your name. Scheduled for 4:30–6:30 PM on Sunday, April 3rd, the course is worth 2 CME credits and will include:
- Identifying the most beneficial social media sites for plastic surgeons
- Learning how to create strong social media profiles
- Correctly optimizing your website for your name and your practice’s name
- Reviewing free and paid options for online reputation monitoring
- Maximizing reputation management efforts through business citations
* Please note that prior registration with ASAPS is required to attend “Taking Control of Your Online Reputation.”
In addition to this lecture, Keith will be giving a talk titled, “Mobile Marketing and Cross Device Conversion.” As part of a “Practice Changers” event, this presentation will take place in the exhibit hall on Wednesday, April 6th from 12:40–12:55 PM and will provide valuable insight into ensuring you remain “in the moment” for prospective patients throughout every phase of their online research and decision-making process. Last but not least, Keith is set to join a panel of fellow industry gurus to discuss the current state of online marketing/SEO and the path it is projected to follow. This panel session is titled, “Internet Marketing/Search Engine Optimization—Where Are We Today and Where are We Going?” and is set to take place from 7:45–8:45 AM on Thursday, April 7th. Like Keith’s Sunday CME course, this event also requires prior registration with ASAPS.
