Plastic surgeon Dr. Mark E. Richards recently launched a new website for his Washington, D.C. practice that helps patients gather information on any internet-ready device.

Washington, D.C. — Recently, Dr. Mark Richards, a plastic surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area, announced the launch of a new website for his practice.
