‘Twas Three Days Before Christmas at Rosemont Media

’Twas three days before Christmas, when all through our firm
the RM team was still toiling, yet beginning to squirm.
Excitement for the holidays filled the minds of most,
though the work to be done allowed no one to coast.

Taking a quick break from all the tasks in queue,
one writer made time to write this year-end review.
These past twelve months saw changes big and small—
while Keith predicted some trends, he could not foresee all.

“Content Is King” remained a motto to live by,
and those who took note saw their rankings grow high.
But not all text is equal, so this tip remains true:
Second-rate web content does no favors for you.

Social media marketing continued its upward boom;
Facebook gained referral power, making Google fume.
But referrals aren’t all a good SM presence can do—
quality social content can boost SEO, too.

So your practice has a Facebook page—what’s the next step for you?
Here’s some solid advice from an RM social guru:
Pair a strong message with visual content that’s compelling,
and target certain ads at the audience to whom you’re selling.

Online rep management remained critical once more,
as Yelp and other sites provided countless reviews to explore.
Since it’s true many patients base choices on what others say,
you should outfit your site with a custom review page today.

I could go on about more industry shifts this year,
but naming every change would risk boring you, I fear.
Instead, I’ll leave this digital quiz for you to take,
to help identify any site upgrades to make.

All in all, twenty-seventeen has been quite a ride,
and we’re thankful to have such great clients by our side.
As we end this year and move forward to the next phase,
We wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
